A young man struggled for life and writhed in pain for about 40 minutes after an accident on NH-31 in Khagaria, Bihar on Sunday afternoon. But Bihar’s 112 dial police did not take cognizance of the information. After this, the local people present on the spot took the injured youth to Khagaria Sadar Hospital. Where, looking at his critical condition, he was referred to Bhagalpur. The local people at the spot allege that the police reached late, due to which the injured youth could not get timely treatment. This incident occurred near the temple located in Thatha village on NH-31 of the district.
According to the information, the injured youth has been identified as Saurabh Kumar, son of Vikas Paswan, a resident of Nanku Mandal Tola of Mufassil police station area. According to the passersby who reached the hospital, the incident happened due to an unknown vehicle hitting the bike of the youth. Local resident Vikas Kumar said that as soon as the incident happened, he informed about it on number 112. But no police arrived for about 40 minutes. At the same time, passerby Baisakhi Singh said that he was going towards Banni. During this time, he saw an injured person on the roadside, where some people were standing. After that, the injured youth was brought to the hospital by the people in an auto. He said that when the injured youth was being seated in the auto, at the same time a police vehicle arrived without any force. With their help, the injured youth was brought to the hospital in an auto vehicle.
